Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses and tuxedos/dress suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 12-15 working days (Orders placed starting Jun 13) to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) standard.

Wedding Dresses
It will take 15-17 working days (Orders placed starting Jun 13) to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) standard.
